As a business owner, time is one of my most valuable resources. Over the years, I've sought ways to maximize my productivity, optimizing every minute, every hour, and every day. A significant part of my productivity framework involves setting goals and mapping out the steps to achieve them. I start with a long-term vision, let's say a decade ahead, then I slice that timeline down, setting milestones at five years, one year, one month, and so on, each step calculated to bring me closer to my ultimate objective.
