Richard Feynman’s dad taught him to see the world from a different point of view.
Feynman the elder implored young Richard to imagine himself on the ground, in the midst of giant tree-like structures towering over his head, but with enormous ropes here and there that you could crawl on; together they drew the conclusion that Richard was imagining himself as a minuscule version of himself, walking among the now-giant structures.
