Yesterday, we visited the newish National Air and Space Museum near the Dulles airport. There are two Smithsonian air and space museums, and this is one I had not yet been to. I wanted to highlight a few interesting things I got to see.

As you can see from my last ever “come at me bro” pic, this museum is largely inside of an aircraft hanger, and there are some incredible pieces of history right here.

Here’s the Enola Gay, the infamous B-29 bomber that dropped the first atomic weapon ever used in war (one of two ever so far; let’s hope we can keep it that way for a while longer):
