The ISS is coming up on the end of its life and as the biggest thing we've ever built in space there is an active discussion on what to do with it including options like sending it to the moon as a museum or scavenging it for future space cities. It'll probably end up at point Nemo but there a space odyssey plot here where something cooler happens to it
