I first read the title as "Seeing Father" and my mind immediately went to some kind of dystopian Big Brother situation, except it's a Father, not a Brother, and instead of Watching you, he's Seeing you.
Welcome to my brain.
I saw those portals in a YouTube video the other day, fascinating concept!
Seeing Father could be really fun. It's weird how a simple phrase like that can send your brain down little rabbit holes, but I know that feeling well. It doesn't take much!
Okay, that livestreaming portal is beautiful. I can't help thinking that if we had those in more places -- like say, connecting red states and blue states, it could make a real difference in making things better.
I'm also reminded of one of the earliest attempts at real world connectivity using the internet -- you might remember the light bulb project, where you could turn a lightbulb half a world away on and off using your computer. I remember being entranced by that.

Those were incredible times. We could see that this was huge, but not really where everything was going!
I was also going to comment on that moment when Galileo saw moons orbiting Jupiter for the first time. What must have gone through his head?
"I am about to be in some serious trouble" comes to mind.
From my perspective, the universe expands at the speed of imagination/thought. Physical magnification objects are not needed anymore
