Bastard is such a great word - I used it last week! Now that I’m coming up on writing for a couple years I can search my post history and drop in links - like you do - to stuff I’ve written before. It’s cool to see some threads. I worked as a FORTRAN programmer for the Astronomy department at Berkeley to get through undergrad. I alway wanted to go to their observatory but the bastards kept me chained to a desk.
